Hello, Hello. In May we played at the Groove Garden festival in Sittard, our first festival of this year. It was a great weekend with great music and lovely summer weather. Besides playing ourselves we really enjoyed the sounds of René Amesz, Joris Voorn and Sander Kleinenberg. But summer has only just started and more festivals are coming up.

In our previous blog we announced that YumYum Music is hosting the techno area at the Chop Till You Drop festival on the 24th & 25th of July. We bring you some great dj’s like Secret Cinema, Olene Kadar, Ramon Tapia and many others. Of course we also play at the festival. This will be on Saturday night.
As you may already know there are some changes in the location of the festival. The organisation was forced to move the festival from the Seacon VVV Stadion to the Kazerneterrein in Blerick. It will probably be this year only. This last minute change brings some new challenges to the organisation but we will make sure that this years Chop Till You Drop will be an awesome and unforgetable festival.

Another festival you shouldn’t miss is Housetrippers Outdoor in the 31st of July at Katsbek in Susteren. With dj’s like Michel de Hey, Remy, Secret Cinema, Ben Bastion and many others this is going to be a great day. Also in the line-up is Svaiy who’s cheating for once! Because Vekx isn’t available, he is temporarily replaced by good friend and dj MaxM.

Just before summer comes to an end Svaiy & Vekx will play their first international gig on the Circle of Love festival at the 22nd of august in Nuess, Germany. This electronic Music festival returns every year on a different location and brings great national and international dj’s.
In this years line-up you’ll find dj's like: Paul Kalkbrenner, Oliver Koletzki, Michael Mayer, Chicks on Speed, WhoMadeWho, Simian Mobile Disco, Ali Kuru, Cess and many more . You can expect a great party with a nice atmosphere and some great electro, house, tech-house and techno music.

We don’t want to think about it yet, but all good things come to an end. Also summer ends and that means we have to go back inside to enjoy good parties, good music and good dj’s. It also means that another edition of YumYum is coming on the 25th of september. For the second time YumYum has an extended closing time untill 05.00am. Besides that there is a great line-up to make sure you’ll never forget the end of the summer of 2010. In the line-up we bring you: Gabriel Ananda, Ongeoliede Machine, Struiwigh and resident dj’s Svaiy & Vekx. Ofcourse vj Stivo will take care of the visual show. This YumYum is one you shouldn’t miss.

Dancetour
On the 27th of June the Dancetour strikes down in Roermond again. Just like last year we organised a small afterparty in Café FF. Behind the decks we, Svaiy & Vekx, and dj MaxM will bring some nice and funky house and tech-house music. The un-official afterparty is totally free of charge and we hope that you'll join us to party a little more on this sunday evening.
